By using ReelSaver you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What ReelSaver does

ReelSaver helps you save publicly available Instagram videos, photos, stories, captions and hashtags to your own device. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Your responsibility

Only download content that you own, or that you have permission to use, or that the law allows you to save for personal use.
Content belongs to its creators. Do not re-upload, sell or pass off other people's work as your own.
Do not use ReelSaver to harass, spy on, impersonate or harm anyone, or to break any law.
Private accounts are not supported. Do not try to bypass privacy settings or access content you are not allowed to see.
AI-written comments are suggestions and may be imperfect. You are responsible for anything you post. Do not use them for spam, mass-commenting, impersonation, harassment or to mislead people.
Do not abuse the service with automated requests, scraping, or attempts to avoid the daily limit.

3. Limits and availability

Free use has a daily limit. We may change limits, add paid features or ads, or stop the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always work. Instagram can change how it works, and downloads may fail.

4. No warranty

ReelSaver is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Your use is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ReelSaver and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your use of downloaded content or from content owners' claims against you.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content has been saved through ReelSaver in a way that infringes your rights, see our Copyright page.

7. Ending access

We may block or limit access to anyone who breaks these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
